Our goal is to begin processing your order within 1 hour from placement. Order delivery times depend on our stock of the needed parts. 
If we do not have a part in stock at your selected store, you can verify our other branches within this portal to see if another location has the item you need.

At any point an item is out of stock, you have two ordering options:
Stock Order: This is the default order type and there is no inbound freight from Deere to our dealerships but takes 2 business days for us to receive it.
Machine Down: This orde type is commonly known as Emergency Ordered and must be selected while processing your shopping cart. Machine Down orders do have additional freight costs inbound to your local dealership from Deere and are calculated separately from any shipping costs incurred for direct ship orders placed. Machine Down orders of non-stocked parts will have the part overnighted to your ordering dealership for processing.

Meade Tractor Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time for orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages:
Meade Tractor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
